A patch-format product from our Transform range, prepared homeopathically and worn on the skin. The patches themselves are made from soft, flexible silicone — pliable enough to sit comfortably and unobtrusively against the skin throughout the day.
About the formulation
Like the rest of our Transform line, the patches are prepared using the traditional homeopathic method, where each active ingredient is taken through a series of dilution and succussion stages before being incorporated into the final product. The formulation was developed in Australia by a practising homeopath with more than four decades of experience in the field, and has been part of our range — made and refined here — since 2012.
Ingredients
Active ingredients (each in homeopathic potencies of 6X, 12X, 30X and 60X):
L-Carnitine, Acetyl L-Carnitine, L-Arginine, Focus Ves Amino Acid Complex, Calcarea Carbonica, Folic Acid, Colloidal Minerals from Humic Shale, Brussels Sprouts, Asparagus, Spongia Tosta, L-Ornithine, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Ginger, Turmeric.
Packaging
The patches are produced and packaged here in Australia. Each individual patch comes sealed in its own sterile paper envelope. Four of these are then sealed together in a clear cellophane packet, and the full set is housed inside an outer card envelope, which doubles as the long-term storage sleeve.
Storage
Keep the patches in their original outer card envelope to preserve potency and adhesion. Store in a cool, dry place — do not refrigerate. Keep away from direct sunlight, mobile phones, computers and microwave ovens.

Standard Shipping Rates
• $9.95 – Regular Australia Post (for orders under $99)

Dispatch & Delivery Times
• Most items ship directly from our Sydney warehouse.
• Orders placed before 11:00am AEST are usually shipped the same day (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed after 11:00am, or on weekends/public holidays, will be shipped the next business day.
• You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
