Dosage:
David Sinclair recommends taking up to 1 gram per day of both NMN and Resveratrol.
For optimal results, take 2 capsules of Resveratrol and 2 capsules of NMN in the morning, on an empty stomach, with a source of fat such as coconut oil, olive oil, or yogurt.
