Tongkat Ali definitely works! I’ve done a few rounds with Tongkat Ali and every time I’ve used it I have seen my T levels boost at least 1.5-2 times starting levels. I take 3 months straight 7 days a week then test bloods.

I like Natures own NMN, as once you get into the habit of taking it daily, you have improved clarity even on tough gruelling days physically and mentally. The mind sees like the mist has cleared. And I also managed to hit my PB at strength training. i sometimes go off it as I forget to take it, but once i get back to taking it, it reminds me why I should be on it. And I have been using Nature's own for the last 1.5 years at least
