I have been taking a half dose of Resveratrol and NMN (500mg each) daily for 18 months (reduced dosage for cost saving reasons). It is now January 2026, and the last time I was sick was in November 2024, when I had Covid for the second time. No cold, no flu, no viruses - just great health! I am generally eating better and exercising a little more, but I think that’s probably due to the supplements working. I just stocked up in the Boxing Day sales and won’t be stopping taking them.
